My Life in…

Keri Adams is the Young Adult Librarian at the Johnson Public Library in Hackensack, NJ. She runs the website YALit which she created with her husband Stefan. She graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2004 with a B.A. in English and received an M.L.I.S. from Rutgers University in 2005.

This is a life blog which means it is all about the things Keri likes (which I suppose is true of any blog but I am going to spend more time dealing with the minutia of my life than one specific topic). Keri enjoys the following things and will probably write about them in this blog:

• Books (generally YA contemporary realistic fiction but willing to branch out slightly)
• TV Shows (That’s a long list.)
• Movies (mostly indie films)
• Music (I do live close to NYC and am able to get to concerts every now and then.)
• Libraries (Pretty much anything having to do with libraries is fair game.)
• Writing (Which I am interested in but don’t do nearly enough of. Which you might be able to tell based on the shift in tense and all the sentence fragments on this one page alone.)
• Parentheses (Well I won’t write about them but I’ll use them a lot.)
